We will first agree with you on the level of support you need and estimate this as a number of days - this is your annual "pot" of FlexSupport Time, into which you can then dip whenever you need us.
To assist your forecasting and cash-flow the cost of the FlexSupport Time, which is heavily discounted from our standard rates, is spread over 12 months.
You also get access to our online logging system, so at any time you can obtain a "statement" showing, on a month by month basis, how much time you've used, and how much is left.
At the end of the support year, any time left in the FlexSupport pot may simply be carried over to the next supported year (so it never needs to be wasted). If you use up your pot of time, you can top it up mid year (at our normal rates).
This flexible approach has led to happy clients and successful long term business relationships.
