Chloe is a web based call logging system, so your team can log calls whether they're in the office or out on a client site. Chloe provides a direct logging facility so your clients or users can log their own support incidents and queries, too.

From the Unassigned Call Queue, support team members take ownership of problems. Or calls can be allocated to an individual - eg by their Team Leader or by Front Line Personnel.
