Single Copy Licence is defined as one copy per PC, for internal use only.

Site Licence is defined as one site (location) with unlimited seats, for internal use only.

Corporate Licence is defined as multiple sites (locations) within a corporation (same name), with unlimited seats, for internal use only. No subsidiaries are allowed to use the product .

Global Licence is defined as multiple sites (locations) within a corporation and its subsidiaries (owned 50% or more), with unlimited seats, for internal use only.

Maintenance is included for the first year. Subsequent maintenance fees are 20% of the then current product prices and are due 30 days before the the expiration of the current maintenance.

Note: For the MySQL community, there is no charge for the MySQL-only version of DB-Examiner. This is a fully-operative and permanently licensed version that supports only the MySQL database.
